Pony Up, Schumer

The big news today was that prior to Schumer’s reckless publicity stunt, Indymac Bank was not on the FDIC’s problem list — a list of 90 banks at-risk of failing. 

It’s time to pony up, Senator.  You said you made your letter to regulators public because you were tired of being ignored.  You also said that Indymac’s failure could be seen coming for years.  Prove it.  Release all the other letters you sent to regulators. 

As for Schumer’s colleagues in Congress, it’s time for you to do something to stop the Schumonster before he strikes again.  You can start by kicking him off the Senate Banking Committee.
