"How, though, would we get them from Iraq to Okinawamo? And who would capture and transport them?"

As the Murtha Doctrine stipulates, this can all be done "from the outside." And our planes can fly very quickly, so transportation wouldn't be a problem. Of course, all this hinges on whether or not we can remove the air conditioning from Karl Rove's office. From what I've heard, Rove wants to keep his air conditioning. Murtha fired back by calling his desire for a cool office a "political statement."

I wonder whether the Murtha plan would include the closing of Gitmo and the opening of the Okinawamo? This would be a temporary detention center wherein potential suicide-terrorists would be held until they could hang themselves without harming others. Causing colateral damage is what happens when suicideros are allowed to run loose. We definately need more practical plans like these. How, though, would we get them from Iraq to Okinawamo? And who would capture and trans- port them? I'm sure John has the answers.
