Iraq Vet Sues Michael Moore

This gem comes via Jeff Emanuel’s C-log at Townhall.com. An Iraq vet is suing Michael Moore for using a clip of an interview he gave to NBC’s “Nightly News” in his movie FahrenLies 9/11. The vet claims Moore edited the clip in a way that made him look like he was criticizing Bush’s treatment of veterans (which he wasn’t) and anti-war (which he is not). Apparently the going rate for having to suffer the dishonor of being in a Michael Moore movie is $85 million in damages. Sounds about right to me. At least it’ll teach Moore he’s not the only one capable of hyperbole.
